Whenever King David is mentioned, my mind conjures up the image of when he was in his teens and, by relying on the strength of Jehovah, he used a slingshot to kill the giant Goliath with a stone. Afterward, he went to war, won many battles and did many heroic deeds. It is also recorded in the Bible, however, that when David became the king of Israel, he had Uriah killed and then took his wife Bathsheba. God’s righteous disposition therefore came upon David and, through the prophet Nathan, God spoke to him, saying, “Now therefore the sword shall never depart from your house; because you have despised Me, and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife” (2 Samuel 12:10).

Only the Creator shares with mankind an unbroken bond of mercy and love.

that one day, they may submit and grant that He is the One who nourishes man,
and grant that He is the One. Ah …
He supplies the life of creation, life of all creation, life of all creation.
His every thought, always, for the good of mankind.
His every emotion is intertwined with their existence.
The expression of what He is and has is all for mankind.
It’s all for the sake of mankind. It’s all for the sake of mankind.

The inner meaning of man’s conquest is to return to the Creator.
It is for man to turn his back on Satan and turn fully towards God.
This is man’s complete salvation. Arduous conquest is the final battle.
It is the last stage in God’s victorious plan.
Without this, no man is saved, no victory is gained against Satan,
no man enters a good destination.
Mankind suffers the influence of Satan.
Thus Satan’s defeat must come first to bring man’s salvation.
For all of God’s works are for the sake of man.

II

The final conquest brings salvation and reveals the destination.
But through judgment, repentance, and awakening to the righteous path of life,
awakened will be the hearts of the numb.
And the disobedient will be judged, their inner rebellion shall be laid bare.
But if man fails to repent, or walk the right path, or cast off the corruption within,
they will be swallowed by Satan, beyond rescue and salvation.
This is the purpose of God’s conquest—to save people and reveal their endings,
which, either good or bad, shall be revealed in God’s conquest.
